The Closing date of entries was Midnight Friday on 31st July 2026 this was extended to 1.30am on Monday 3rd August. 

Any exhibitor found to being aggressive verbally and physical to the 100% voulentry committee and stewards will receive a Min 2-year ban to a life time ban from exhibiting at the Ballyshannon Agricultural Show these incidents will also be reported to Irish Show Association & An Garda Siochana.
